Providing Educational Opportunities
for Real Estate Professionals

The New Hampshire Real Estate Commission now requires that applicants for the Salespersons test show evidence of successfully completing an accredited 40-hour pre-license course.

Gerald Winn

On January 28, 2004, CENTURY 21 Winn Associates, Realtors was accredited by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission to offer a 40-hour pre-licensing course. Gerald H. Winn, Owner/Broker of CENTURY 21 Winn Associates, Realtors, has met all of the qualification requirements under N.H. RSA 331-A: 10 I (b) to be a Certified Instructor of the course.

Beth Emmons, Executive Director of the N.H. Real Estate Commission, made the following comment: “This certification allows people above the Notch(s) access to an approved real estate school and should be a benefit to potential new salespeople and real estate broker/owners who want to expand their sales staff."

About The Pre-License Class

The pre-license class is designed to help you not only get the information you need to pass the State and National exam, but to also prepare you for the “real world” of real estate. It will take a lot of effort and some sacrifices. The good news is the more you put into it, the more you will gain from the experience.

In this class you and your fellow class members will have an opportunity to actively participate in sharing your concerns and clarifying understanding of real estate principles and practices (a somewhat foreign field for many people). Your instructor will answer questions, involve you in case studies and share true stories to help enhance your understanding and to guide you through this exciting journey. In addition, there will be at-home reading assignments and self-tests.
